This role includes mentoring technicians and implementing quality control measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Repair & Maintenance workshop environment within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry, preferably in TRS operations.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop and R&M operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage technicians.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of TRS/R&M equipment

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in operational management software

Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles

Familiarity with inventory control and quality assurance

Fluent in English

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanic or electrician
