We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical routine, type, special, and oil testing on power transformers.
  • Conduct complete electrical testing of USS units.
  • Maintain and regularly update test reports for transformers and USS as per project and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect incoming materials for conformance to quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspections for winding, core‑coil assembly, tanking, and oil leakage.
  • Maintain and update job cards, inspection checklists, and quality records throughout the production cycle.
  • Perform pre-dispatch inspections for transformers and USS to ensure readiness for delivery.
  • Provide final dispatch clearance based on successful inspection and testing outcomes.
  • Raise Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for any deviations and initiate corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit daily summary reports of testing and inspection activities.
  • Attend customer sites for complaint resolution and support root cause analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–7 years of experience in transformer.
  • In-depth knowledge of transformer routine, type, special, and oil testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing of Unitized Substations (USS).
  • Ability to operate and interpret results from electrical test equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and inspection activities.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and handling customer interactions.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, particularly in analyzing complaints and test failures.
  • Electrical Testing and Safety, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, Electrical Safety Compliance, or equivalent.
