Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience, with a significant focus on irrigation systems, water management, or related technical products in Saudi Arabia. Experience in the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of various irrigation technologies (e.g., micro‑irrigation, conventional systems, automation, smart farming/landscape solutions).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Odoo).
  • Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to work independently.
Mobility
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
