Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Orthopaedics are looking for a Territory Manager in Trauma for Riyadh.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Summary of the job:

The main task of a Territory manager in Depuy-Synthes Trauma , JNJ is to achieve the business target for allocated customers by providing high standard level of promotion and technical support.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • To achieve Sales and profit targets.
  • Provide high level of orthopedic service for Trauma customers.
  • Ready to support Trauma emergency cases whenever happened.
  • To spend 75% of the working time in Field activities
  • Organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers to deliver marketing and promotion plan.
  • Generate leads; handle all customer queries including giving quotation and sales follow‑up to achieve the BP.
  • Maintain good customer relations and coordination
  • Provide prompt and accurate information about the products as well as making sure that the stock is and the product consumption is going optimally.
  • Providing relevant information on the products to the customer including in‑service, cases support,
  • Servicing and maintaining an existing base of customer by delivering prompt, courteous and reliable.

Experience Required
  • Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background is preferred
  • Experience; 2-5 Years orthopedic experience. Trauma experience is preferred.
