Overview

We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Neurovascular Division in the Western Region of KSA:

What you will do
  • Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity
  • Tracking trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
  • Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
  • Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
  • Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
  • Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.
  • Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
  • Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training for product portfolio and attending the surgery cases.
  • Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
  • Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedback in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons
  • Preparing the Congress/Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition
  • Communicating scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.
  • Providing support to the logistics team when needed.
What you need
