The candidate must hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or an equivalent internationally recognized credential.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken, ensuring the ability to prepare technical reports, official correspondence, and communicate effectively with all local and international stakeholders.
• Technical Accreditation: Must hold valid technical and training certifications from the manufacturers of the satellite communication systems approved by the RSNF — specifically Cobham and LinkWay — covering configuration, maintenance, and technical support operations.
