• Support the Workshop Controller in day-to-day operations within the Luxury Car facility.

• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company, manufacturer, and industry standards.
• Maintain workshop quality records, including CEM data and audit logs.
• Ensure 'fixed right first time' performance and minimize repeat service visits.
• Meet all repair deadlines and productivity targets set by management.
