Responsibilities

• Check the line startup and finish goods as per sampling plan.
• Conduct on-line monitoring for quality of manufacturing finish goods.
• Conduct laboratory testing as per testing sheet and sampling plan.
• Inspect incoming raw materials before production.
• Conduct random inspections for production lines as needed.
• Involve in validation of new raw materials and machines.
• Report non-conforming products and hold them.
• Report daily monitoring results to QC supervisor.
• Collect daily retained samples for each line and product.
• Follow quality standards, SOPs and guidelines.
• Participate in updating systems and compliance.
• Lift 15Kg of load with safety precautions.

Summary

To do daily QC related Jobs in TALDEEN, IQC, Online and FGs inspection and its reporting and documentation (Reports and SAP System).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Check the line startup, check the finish goods as per sampling plan keep monitoring for the production lines, deliver quality record with all required analysis on time, keep in touch with operation team.
• Conduct on-line monitoring for quality of manufacturing finish goods in Taldeen and recycle plant also look after the RPM.
• Conduct laboratory testing: as per the testing sheet and as per sampling plan.
• Conduct Inspection of in-coming raw materials to production line before produce.
• Conduct random inspection for production lines (extra than quality plan when need it).
• Involve in validation of new raw materials, new machines or new production lines.
• Reporting non-conforming product and hold it.
• Reporting daily monitoring results to QC supervisor.
• Collecting daily retained sample per each line each product.
• Follow the quality standards, (ISO/Quality/Safety procedures) SOP’s, guidance and work instructions.
• Participate in updating the systems and compliance with it.
• Apply, Follow and compliance with QMS (ISO 9001) and Safety procedures and requirements.
• To do assigned jobs by department team leader and Manager.
• Able to lift 15Kg of load when required with safety precautions.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Diploma degree.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same field.
