We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales operations, sourcing activities, and project execution across our marketplace and offline sales channels.
This role bridges the gap between sales, vendors, engineering, and execution teams. The ideal candidate has solid technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience in pre-sales, sourcing, technical documentation, and site support.
Handle RFQs received from the sales team and support technical solution development.
Review customer requirements and translate them into technical and commercial inputs.
Support sales teams with product selection, technical clarifications, and solution proposals.
Participate in pre-sales meetings when required.
Source materials and products from local and global suppliers.
Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications, datasheets, and compliance documents.
Support onboarding of new products and suppliers from a technical perspective.
Stay updated on new product launches (NPLs), new product introductions (NPIs), and OEM updates.
Upload and maintain new SKUs received from vendors on the website.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of:
Product specifications
Datasheets
Certifications
Technical documentation
Conduct daily and weekly reviews of website SKUs to ensure data quality and consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams to correct or update product information.
Prepare technical submittals in line with project and client requirements.
Support basic design preparation and technical layouts when needed.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Ensure submitted documents meet client, consultant, and project standards.
Provide engineering and technical support during project execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Support service execution activities when required.
Act as a technical reference point during project lifecycle stages.
Conduct site survey visits as required.
Provide on-site technical support during installation or execution phases.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution at site level.
Coordinate findings and actions with sales and execution teams.
Attend OEM and supplier technical trainings.
Participate in internal pre-sales and product training sessions.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge across product categories and solutions.
Share product and solution knowledge internally with sales teams.
Provide technical support via online channels (email, calls, and internal systems).
Support customers and internal teams with technical inquiries remotely.
Ensure timely and professional response to technical requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
2–5 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or engineering roles.
Strong understanding of technical documentation and specifications.
Experience dealing with OEMs, suppliers, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple RFQs and technical tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Experience in B2B marketplaces or technical e-commerce platforms.
Background in low current systems, electrical, or industrial solutions.
Experience with ERP systems or product management tools.
Previous site experience or project-based execution exposure.
