Job description

We are seeking a Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in physical security and its seamless integration with cybersecurity, AI, IoT, and smart-city ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with strategic insight — capable of designing and delivering next-generation security architectures that align with national transformation programs and the future of connected infrastructure. This role goes beyond traditional systems — it requires a professional who can translate business and operational objectives into intelligent, resilient, and scalable architectures built on emerging technologies and global best practices.

About the Role

This role goes beyond traditional systems — it requires a professional who can translate business and operational objectives into intelligent, resilient, and scalable architectures built on emerging technologies and global best practices.

Responsibilities:
Solution & Technology Architecture
  • Architect and lead multi-domain solutions combining physical security, IoT, AI/analytics, and cloud services for smart city and critical infrastructure projects.
  • Define end-to-end frameworks integrating VMS, ACS, PSIM/C2, data analytics, and IT/OT networks.
  • Embed AI-driven analytics, digital twins, edge computing, and sensor fusion into security and operational workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with global and local standards (HCIS 2017, NIST, ISO 27001, PDPL, GDPR).
Strategic Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Act as a technology strategist, anticipating and shaping trends across the cyber-physical landscape.
  • Develop innovation roadmaps linking technology evolution with enterprise and government strategies.
  • Partner with R&D, ecosystem vendors, and technology partners to drive cyber-physical convergence.
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations.
  • Engage executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales and bids with architecture frameworks, compliance inputs, and value articulation.
Qualifications:
  • 10–15 years in security architecture, systems integration, or technology strategy.
  • Proven delivery experience across smart cities, airports, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
  • Thinks beyond technology — connects systems to business, sustainability, and national vision.
  • Exceptional communicator across engineering, IT, and executive domains.
  • Passionate about AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
  • Skilled in leading multi-vendor, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Physical Security Systems
  • AI & Analytics Platforms
  • IoT / Edge Computing / Cloud Platforms
  • Command-and-Control / PSIM Solutions
  • Strong grasp of network architecture, APIs, and data integration standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
