- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skill sets, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedInbayt, Indeed, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
