Overview
ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of software implementation and integration projects for our external customers. You’ll be the central point of coordination across customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects for external clients
- Own the project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk management, delivery, and post-delivery support
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout
- Collaborate closely with the internal Professional Services team to ensure product-specific expertise is utilized
- Coordinate and manage deliverables from vendors or external tech partners
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (timelines, status reports, etc.)
- Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings
- Escalate issues as needed, keeping internal stakeholders updated
- Ensure a smooth handoff to Support or Customer Success post-deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing delivery roles
- Technical Skills: ABANA Product Knowledge
- Strong grasp of software delivery, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
- Experience with project tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk, and scope control
- Soft Skills: Leadership and team management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Project management (large-scale, on-time, within budget)
