Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations for all project disciplines (civil, architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure).
- Review and verify shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design drawings.
- Conduct and update survey works, leveling, and as-built drawings using approved instruments and software.
- Coordinate with the technical office and site engineers to ensure design accuracy and project execution alignment.
- Use professional surveying software to produce precise maps, coordinates, and site data.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost summaries, and technical documentation.
- Verify subcontractors’ works and quantities before approval.
- Support project management with claims preparation, delay analysis, and quantity verification when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying or related degree.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical office surveying for construction or contracting projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software: GIS, AutoCAD, MS Excel / Word, Civil 3D (preferred), Revit (preferred), Land Desktop / GPS Software (if available).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
