We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our esteemed construction and building firm in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in civil, agricultural, or landscape architecture engineering, with extensive experience in managing landscaping projects. This role is crucial for the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all technical aspects are meticulously managed and aligned with industry standards and client expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project technical specifications, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. You will lead a technical office team, review project drawings, and facilitate client meetings to ensure that all project requirements are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling shop drawings, conducting regular site inspections, and implementing quality control measures to enhance project outcomes. Your expertise will also be instrumental in closing projects effectively and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all technical aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, specifically in civil and agricultural engineering contexts.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications that incorporate landscaping elements.
3. Lead the technical office team, reviewing drawings, and ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues that may arise during landscaping projects.
5. Facilitate client meetings to discuss project updates, requirements, and any changes needed to meet client expectations.
6. Plan and schedule the preparation of shop drawings, ensuring timely submission and approval to keep projects on track.
7. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all technical requirements are met within allocated resources and deadlines.
8. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations, particularly those relevant to landscaping and civil engineering in KSA.
10. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress and challenges.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in civil, agricultural, or landscape architecture engineering, with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
2. Experience with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects, demonstrating an understanding of large-scale project management and execution.
3. Expertise in landscaping, with a proven track record of leading technical office teams and managing complex projects effectively.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
