Join our dynamic team as a Technical Manager in the Decoration sector, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative design solutions that enhance our clients' environments. Responsibilities

1. Technical Management and Review: Responsible for reviewing the design drawings, technical specifications, calculation books and construction plans of the decoration system to ensure their technical feasibility, economic rationality and compliance with the contract requirements.
2. On-site coordination and guidance: Go deep into the construction site to solve complex technical problems during the decoration and installation process, guide the construction team to carry out construction in accordance with the drawings and standards, and ensure the quality of the project.
3. International Standards and Localization: Proficiently master and apply internationally recognized decoration system standards, while actively understanding and adapting to local building regulations, standards, and approval processes in Saudi Arabia.
4. Interface Coordination: Lead or participate in the coordination work between the decoration system and specialties such as civil engineering, structure, and mechanical and electrical engineering. Host or attend specialized coordination meetings on decoration to resolve technical conflicts across specialties.
5. Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Assist in the selection, approval and technical bid evaluation of decoration materials and equipment, and provide professional opinions for the technical capability assessment of subcontractors.
6. Quality Control and Acceptance: Cooperate with the quality department to conduct process acceptance, system debugging and final delivery acceptance of the decoration project, ensuring that all systems are operating normally.
7. Document Management: Responsible for compiling and organizing technical documents such as decoration technical files, completion drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals.

Required Skills

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above is required. Graduates from well-known domestic and foreign universities are preferred. Interior design, architecture and other related majors.
2. Work Experience: Possess at least 10 years of experience in decoration technology or engineering design management in related fields such as large-scale commercial complexes, high-rise office buildings, hotels or large-scale infrastructure projects, and have at least 5 years of overseas project work experience.
3. International Standards: Deeply understand and proficiently master the mainstream international standards system for decoration design, construction and acceptance.
4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of using it as a working language to independently conduct technical communication, document writing and meeting communication.
5. Comprehensive Quality: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure.
