JASARA PMC is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Engineer - Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing the financial and technical aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in our construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project specifications for MEP systems.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess work progress and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide accurate and timely financial reports related to MEP works.
  • Prepare tender documents and manage the procurement process for MEP contractors and suppliers.
  • Analyze contracts, variations, and claims related to MEP installations and works.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any MEP-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage MEP project costs, ensuring adherence to financial targets and budgets.
Qualifications
