Job summary

A leading design and execution firm in the Riyadh Region seeks a skilled Designer/Drafter to prepare detailed shop drawings and coordinate with engineers for residential fit-outs. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience, a diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in residential fit out and joinery.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must.
• Must have knowledge in space planning commercial interior environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP and site engineer to prepare coordinated drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings for joinery and interior fit out.

Job Description

• Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings for mainly joinery & interior fit out such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
• Coordinate with MEP and site Engineer to prepare the coordinated drawing.
• Co‑ordination & preparation of interior fit‑out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
• Preparing detailed drawing for production as per the approved drawing and coordinate with production team for accuracy of details.
• Prepare Submittal package for Authority approval and manage ongoing revisions and changes as per authority norms. (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, Diploma in Civil Eng. (Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior is Preferred)
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must
• Must have knowledge in Space Planning Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications.

Experience

Min. 5-10 years of experience in residential Fit out and joinery.
