Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret all types of working drawings.
• Provide daily work progress reports.
• Run bills and manage project quotations.
• Manage and control labors and supervisors.

Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge/Experience in PRIMAVERA

Experience in building constructions

Responsibilities

• Understand all drawings: Civil Working Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Mechanical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings.
• Provide daily work progress reports.
• Mail running bills.
• Basic knowledge of computer.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit.
• Knowledge / Experience in PRIMAVERA / MS PROJECT will be preferred.
• Must have experience in building constructions.
• Minimum of 5 years experience on a designation having above mentioned responsibilities and technically sound.

• Can make MUSTAKHALIS for any project.
• Can make the TENDERING for new project.
• Can study BOQ and make Quotation.
• Can manage and control Labors and Site Foreman / Supervisors.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
