Job Purpose

To design and develop the technical business architecture that supports the organization’s goals and strategy in the areas of digital transformation and smart cities, ensuring that technology solutions align with business requirements and enterprise policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into integrated technical solutions that enable digital transformation.
  • Design and document the technical business architecture, defining the relationships among systems, applications, and databases.
  • Contribute to developing the organization’s technology roadmap and defining development priorities.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and cybersecurity teams to ensure solution integration and goal achievement.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies related to digital transformation and smart cities.
  • Prepare reference documents, models, and standards for enterprise architecture.
  • Provide technical and strategic advisory to management on technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing technical business architecture.
  • Professional Certifications (Required or Preferred):
    • Certification or training in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF).
    • Certification or training in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA / CBAP).
    • Certifications or training in Digital Transformation and Smart Cities.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of digital transformation technologies and smart city solutions.
    • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
    • Full proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
