A leading hotel in the Eastern Province is seeking a Team Leader for Reservations to assist in managing the reservations department. Candidates should have a degree in hospitality along with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The role involves working with marketing and sales to optimize room yield and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The team leader - reservations is responsible to assist the assistant reservation manager in managing the reservations department and work closely with marketing and sales and other relevant rooms departments to maximize room yield through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's brand standards.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as assistant manager in either reservation or front office, or as team leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
