Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Team Leader to oversee a team of technicians and electricians within the After Sales department. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient resource utilization, high service quality, and overall customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with company, manufacturer, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise technicians, electricians, and mechanics to ensure high-quality repair and maintenance work.
- Plan and allocate daily workload to maximize productivity and efficiency in the workshop.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Ensure all work complies with company, manufacturer, and safety regulations.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental targets and KPIs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain workshop standards, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a workshop or technical service environment, including team supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Solid understanding of workshop safety and environmental guidelines.
- Proficient in using workshop management or DMS systems.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
