- Manage and develop a team of 15+ security and infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and career development aligned with Accenture leadership standards.
- Drive operational governance, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day managed security operations across the client environment.
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous enhancement of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) – SailPoint
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) – BeyondTrust
- Network Security – firewalls, DDoS protection, IDS/IPS, email security
- Endpoint Security – Kaspersky, Cybereason EDR, or equivalent
- Vulnerability Management – assessment, prioritization, remediation governance
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical and security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
Support the Aviation Mission
- Apply your experience in the aviation sector to support highly regulated, high-availability operational environments.
- Align operations with aviation standards, compliance requirements, and safety-critical processes.
- Partner with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant services.
Drive Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery through automation, standardization, analytics, and innovation.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives, operational maturity roadmaps, and security posture improvements.
- Ensure alignment with Accenture delivery methodologies, quality frameworks, and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, or managed services.
- Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams (15+ members) in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- IAM technologies (SailPoint)
- PAM solutions (BeyondTrust)
- Network security architectures (firewalls, DDoS mitigation, email security, IDS/IPS)
- Endpoint detection & response (Kaspersky, Cybereason EDR, or similar)
- Vulnerability management processes and tooling
- Experience working in or supporting the aviation industry or other mission-critical operational sectors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and support critical operational demands.
Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCSP, ITIL, or technology-specific credentials.
- Experience in global delivery models and managed service frameworks.
- Background in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, aviation regulatory standards).
