We are seeking a motivated Tamheer trainee to support our Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an internal-audit mindset, strong accounting and tracking skills, and the ability to collaborate with both Finance and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the company’s assets registry and documentation.
  • Track asset lifecycle, including allocation, transfer, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Conduct regular assets reviews and physical verification.
  • Work in HR to ensure proper tracking of assigned employee assets.
  • Assist in developing and improving assets management processes and controls.
  • Identify issues or missing data and follow up for corrections.
  • Support vendor coordination for assets purchases, repairs, and returns (when needed).
  • Prepare weekly reports on asset status, usage, and audit findings.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and asset records.
Requirements
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
