Job summary

A growing HR consultancy in Riyadh is seeking a Tamheer HR Trainee to assist in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll management. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and develop essential skills in human resources. Ideal candidates must be Saudi Nationals with a recent Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills. This position supports the success of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
  • No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.
  • Support attendance and leave tracking procedures.
  • Assist in health insurance enrollments and related documentation.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Provide administrative support related to payroll inputs and employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support internal HR audits and reports.

Skills

Strong interest in HR or business support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Google Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Role Overview: As a Tamheer HR Trainee, you will assist our HR team in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll management.   • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or business support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and openness to learning HR systems.
