Job summary

A prominent hotel chain in Makkah Region is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. In this role, you will welcome guests, manage stock levels, and ensure a clean and organized area. This position is open to Saudi Nationals with little or no experience, ideal for fresh graduates eager to start their hospitality career. A flexible schedule is required along with good communication skills.

Job Description

• Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
• Ensures stocks at the outletare replenished and checked accordingly
• Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Senior Bartender.
• Liaise with the Supervisorand Assistant Manager for any items that should be charged to the guests.
• Ensures the area is well maintained at all times

Qualifications

• Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Basic English skills are a must.
• Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
• Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
