Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organized.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
