Job description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain an updated tracker of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
  • Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall
  • Active use of recruitment tools and channels
  • Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right candidates.
  • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
  • Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover
  • Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
  • Submit candidates’ offers and follow up on software until placing.
  • Proper control for probation period evaluations for the new joiners
  • any other relevant task

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in the field.
