Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce that supports Eradah’s mission of excellence in patient care and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the right cultural and professional fit.
  • Manage offer letters, onboarding procedures, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to HR management.
  • Stay up to date on labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and Saudi employment regulations.
