Job description
JOB SUMMARY

Attract, screen, select and hire eligible candidates to fulfill recruitment needs in designated areas, while continuously striving to build and maintain a data bank of eligible candidates. Support and improve how NAPCO National attracts and selects new hires.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Receive yearly HR plans from the Business Units' and Shared Services HR department detailing next year's workforce requirements to understand the necessary profiles for establishing a recruitment plan accordingly.
  • Handle screening tasks related to Blue Collar and Middle-Level jobs IRCs.
  • Conduct preliminary "behavioral" interviews to ensure their eligibility and fit against the required soft skills derived from the Group's Competencies Framework and log outcomes in the system.
  • Follow up with Business Units' HR regarding the status of the "Technical" interviews for the shortlisted candidates and provide assistance as required.
  • Actively seek to hire individuals with special needs and disabilities.
  • Monitor the implementation of the On-Boarding for newly hired employees by reviewing Probation Reports' outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the selection programs with the aim of ensuring high retention rates.
  • Manage social media through CCD for any job postings to expand the selection process across the most effective recruitment channels in terms of responsiveness, quality, and costs.
  • Plan and participate in building and maintaining external relationships, conducting awareness programs and recruitment activities at universities, technical schools, job fairs, forums, recruitment channels, and related agencies to build a database of eligible candidates.
  • Create and analyze statistical reports related to implemented projects.
  • Conduct recruitment placement tests and background reference checks as needed.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the same field
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Saudi labor law
  • Experience using professional social networks
