Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, driving strategic hiring initiatives and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.
