You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, collaborate with Project Directors, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will utilize industry-specific platforms for sourcing and maintain accurate recruitment data. This role is crucial in enhancing the recruitment process and onboarding of skilled candidates.

  • Conduct technical and cultural fit screening interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with Project Directors to finalize job specifications and technical requirements.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages and prepare official offer letters.
  • Ensure candidate compliance with local labor laws and professional certifications.
  • Manage and evaluate external recruitment agency performance and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
