About the Role
We are looking for a driven, data-oriented, and delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead CX hiring operations in Saudi Arabia.
This role is all about execution excellence — ensuring the team consistently delivers against ambitious hiring targets while maintaining quality, process discipline, and speed. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition (CX), this person will oversee a team of recruiters and coordinators, manage day-to-day delivery, and continuously improve how we source, screen, and hire across one of the company’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Hiring Delivery in KSA
- Lead the execution of high-volume CX hiring in Saudi Arabia, ensuring daily and weekly targets are consistently achieved.
- Manage recruiter productivity and team performance with clear KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting.
- Collaborate with CX operations and workforce planning to align hiring output with business demand.
- Ensure hiring quality through consistent application of screening, assessment, and evaluation standards.
- Lead, Coach, and Motivate the TA Team
- Manage a growing team of recruiters and coordinators, setting clear expectations and maintaining high morale through demanding cycles.
- Provide training, ongoing feedback, and career development to build recruiter capability.
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Process & Performance Optimization
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across the full hiring funnel.
- Introduce smarter, faster ways of working — from better candidate pipelines to automation and process refinement.
- Work closely with the Head of TA to refine tools, systems, and reporting standards that scale with growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Own reporting accuracy and performance visibility for KSA CX hiring.
- Use analytics to guide recruiter prioritization, forecast delivery, and spot risks early.
- Track conversion rates, recruiter load, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with CX operations and workforce planning to ensure aligned headcount forecasts and hiring timelines.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, onboarding, and systems teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Serve as the point of contact for KSA-specific hiring escalations and business updates.
About You
- Experienced TA Manager or Senior Lead with a track record in high-volume recruitment (preferably CX or Operations).
- Strong people leader who can drive both performance and engagement across a fast-paced, metrics-driven team.
- Analytical and process-minded — able to turn data into operational decisions and consistent improvement.
- Comfortable managing daily delivery metrics and escalating when targets are at risk.
- Adaptable, hands-on, and detail-oriented — willing to dive into the data and the process when needed.
- Based in Saudi Arabia, with deep understanding of the local market and hiring nuances.
