The role requires expertise in Linux server administration and VMware, as well as the ability to provide 24x7 support and create technical documentation. Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience of Linux server administration and shell scripting.
• Recent experience in providing 24x7 support for production services.
• Creating documentation for the successful support of the service in the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the process of deploying TrakCare build/releases/patches.
• Ensure service level metrics are monitored, reviewed, and reported.
• Provide technical support for all areas of hosted services.
