Role Description

We are looking for a System Engineer who has worked in Healthcare or related industry experience in HIS systems (Cerner, BestCare) integration.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in deploying and configuring new systems and hardware (desktops, servers, network equipment, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, system architects, and healthcare professionals to understand integration requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in SQL to design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions adhering to healthcare standards such as HL7 to ensure interoperability between healthcare applications and systems.
  • Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future maintenance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare integration to continuously enhance integration capabilities and efficiency.
  • Experience in Cloud technologies
  • Provide advice and best practices to Partners for technical areas such as networks, configurations, architectures etc.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, conversions, data migration scripts and user defined functions.
Skills
