The Survey Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of survey data for our diverse projects.

As a Survey Engineer, you will be responsible for performing detailed surveys, analyzing data, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to high-impact developments that improve communities and enhance the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage various types of surveys, including topographical, construction, and geodetic surveys.
  • Analyze and interpret survey data, preparing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local survey regulations and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to identify project needs and address challenges.
  • Mentor junior survey staff and oversee their work for quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in surveying, especially in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of survey instruments, software, and techniques.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
