Urgent Hiring: Supply Planner

Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of supply planning experience within FMCG, food & beverage, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of supply planning principles.
• Language: Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain supply plans across production sites to ensure consistent product availability in line with sales forecasts.
2. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Production teams to translate demand signals into executable supply schedules.
3. Monitor and control inventory levels to achieve optimal stock coverage while minimizing write-offs and stockouts.
4. Coordinate with logistics and co-packers to manage production schedules, raw material flow, and outbound deliveries.
5. Identify and mitigate supply risks by reviewing capacity constraints, lead times, and potential bottlenecks.
6. Track and analyze planning KPIs such as service levels, OTIF, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.
