Job Description

The Role

They're looking for an energetic, eager-to-learn, and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily logistics, customs clearance, purchasing, and warehousing activities. You'll be at the core of ensuring shipments run smoothly, documents are in order, and vendors and internal teams stay updated. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and strong follow-up skills make all the difference.

What You'll Do

  • Track inbound and outbound shipments end-to-end, maintaining a clear calendar of ETAs and milestones.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers; follow up on shipment status and required documentation.
  • Prepare and review shipping/customs paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in creating and reconciling purchase orders; keep simple inventory and delivery records updated.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor and partner contacts; respond promptly to routine inquiries.
  • Escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues early, keeping the team informed.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or warehousing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Native Arabic speaker with basic English (written & spoken) for vendor communication.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets required; ERP familiarity is a plus.
