Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a candidate to analyze supplier performance and define KPIs with management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Responsibilities

• Collect weekly data on supplier performance, pricing, cost allocation, purchasing, item lead-time; identify gaps and areas for improvement with IKTVA considerations.
• Define departmental KPIs with management and continually highlight areas of improvement.
• Ensure HSE compliance for themselves and their suppliers; adhere to all company policies.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
• Mastery of English language; Arabic is a must.
• Analytical and supplier development experience is preferred; knowledge or prior experience in Oracle system or similar application is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel is a must.
