• Quality and Safety Assurance : Ensures that all products meet quality standards and that operations comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Efficiency and Productivity : Optimizes processes and manages resources to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Inventory and Supply Management : Manages inventory for packaging materials and processed goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Works with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.

Education and Certifications :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Suppl Chain, Production or related field.

Experience :

• Experience in packaging or processing supervision.
• Certification in Safety or Quality Management (preferred).
