Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Clinical Neurophysiology is preferred, and
  • Current registration with the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET), or the Canadian Board of Registration of Electroencephalograph Technologists (CBRET), or European equivalent, and
  • Four years of (post qualification) experience as a Neurophysiology Technologist including one year experience in a supervisory role in an acute care hospital setting in North America or Europe.
Department Information

The Neurophysiology Lab at our client hospital is a section within the Department of Neurosciences. It utilizes an array of modern equipment to provide ongoing diagnostic and monitoring services to patients of all ages, who are known to have disorders involving the muscular and nervous systems. These investigations are carried out in the Neurophysiology Lab, the ICUs, the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and the Operating Room. They are performed by a multinational team of qualified technologists, nurses and physicians.

A wide spectrum of procedures / services is offered by the Department. Some of the unique services include : Motor Evoked Potentials (MEP), Intra-operative Monitoring (IOM), Electrocorticography (ECoG), and Epilepsy Monitoring (EMU).
