Foreground is hiring on behalf of a global creative agency for a process-oriented and team-focused Studio Manager , responsible for overseeing the flow of creative and design work across internal teams and external suppliers.

This is a hybrid operations and resourcing role, ensuring briefs are scheduled, assets are delivered, deadlines are met, and creative resources are balanced efficiently across a growing team in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workflow of the design, 3D, motion graphics, and copy teams across pitches and live projects.
  • Oversee studio scheduling, capacity planning, and freelance resourcing across creative disciplines.
  • Liaise with project managers and account teams to prioritize urgent deliverables and ensure aligned timelines.
  • Own creative asset quality control, file management, and submission protocols.
  • Introduce and maintain production tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to streamline studio operations.
Ideal Profile
  • 8+ years of studio management or creative operations experience in an agency, production house, or in-house creative team.
  • Strong knowledge of creative workflow, file types, design processes, and team coordination.
  • Calm under pressure with a detail-first mindset.
  • Bilingual preferred; English is essential.
