Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant with banking experience to lead high-impact strategic transformation projects and support business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a consulting background, preferably from a top-tier firm, who excels in strategy formulation, market analysis, and execution planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic assessments and develop actionable recommendations to solve complex business challenges.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure measurable business outcomes.
  • Support client teams in translating strategy into operational plans.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic business transformation in Banking sector.
  • Previous experience at a recognised consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
  • Strong background in business strategy, market assessment, and transformation projects in Banking sector.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with Middle East markets is an advantage.
