Job Summary

Our client is seeking astrategy-focused professionals with a strong background in banking strategy, management consulting, or financial transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, problem-solving ability, and experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives within the banking or financial services sector.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects, including business transformation, product strategy, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Support the development of corporate and business unit strategies aligned with overall banking objectives.

  • Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.

  • Assist in preparing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and board-level presentations.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of transformation and profitability improvement programs.

Research & Insights
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and financial performance data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging opportunities in digital banking, fintech, and risk management.

  • Work on scenario modeling and financial projections to support investment and growth strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product, finance, risk, and technology teams to align business initiatives with strategic priorities.

  • Support leadership in developing performance dashboards and strategic KPIs.

  • Engage with consulting partners and external stakeholders on specialized strategy or transformation projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation, ideally within:

    • Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), or

    • Top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Bain & Co.)

  • Strong understanding of banking, financial services, or fintech ecosystems.

  • Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
