Job summary

A software solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Saudi Arabia to manage government accounts and develop client relationships. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 20+ government accounts within the KSA region.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Conduct client onboarding and renewals per SOP.
  • Generate upsell opportunities and conduct training sessions.
  • Record all client interactions in the CRM.
