Responsibilities include estimating material needs, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, alongside 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• 3 years in the industry with exposure to production and assembly processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and implementing client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction drawings to prepare accurate BOQs.
• Compare BOQ with contract documents to ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed BOM required for the project.
• Communicate with procurement to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with draftsman for quantities per drawings.

Skills

Technical knowledge on Architectural Wood standard (AWI)
