• Act as the primary interface between the agency and its Saudi government clients.
• Oversee RFP responses, commercial structuring, and strategic narrative development.
• Lead delivery of ongoing and multi-year programs, ensuring compliance and cultural excellence.
• Build long-term relationships with senior officials and stakeholders.
• Guide internal teams in adapting global standards to local realities.
