We are seeking a Partnership Executive (Real Estate Sector) with a background in real estate marketing and expertise in digital transformation to help us forge impactful collaborations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with real estate developers, marketing agencies, and digital innovation companies.
- Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive collaborations that bring immersive technologies (AR/VR, metaverse, digital twins) into the real estate sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders such as property developers, real estate consultants, and marketing firms.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Analyze market trends in real estate marketing and digital innovation to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Negotiations: Support the negotiation and execution of agreements, MoUs, and long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative, technical, and business teams to deliver successful partnership‑led projects.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Narsun Studios at real estate expos, marketing forums, and digital transformation conferences to promote solutions and build connections.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving business growth targets through strategic collaborations in real estate marketing and digital innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing dynamics, including digital channels, brand activations, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to digital transformation technologies (AR/VR, metaverse, proptech, digital platforms).
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and deliver measurable results.
- Strong industry network within real estate and digital innovation ecosystems is a plus.
