Qualifications

• CPA credential (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify areas for improvement or cost-cutting measures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain budgets for various departments within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to finances and accounting practices.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Oversee payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Conduct audits of financial processes to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
