A luxury hotel brand in Riyadh is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to establish market presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities include researching market trends, maintaining business relationships, and executing promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has over 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a 5-star hotel or relevant industry.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sales leads and library of resources.
• Research market trends and client behaviors.
• Promote business for the hotel through sales trips.
• Maintain contacts with community and agencies to procure business.
• Organize promotions with the Food and Beverage Department.
• Coordinate with departments on reservations and inquiries.
• Execute mail campaigns to stimulate local interest.
