Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on generalist functions.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the HR team and ensure efficient HR operations.
• Implement HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws.
• Manage recruitment process including job postings and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee performance management processes and employee development.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to senior management.
